Seeking Manager for a Factions Project

We MeteoritePvP, are looking for an experienced manager that has alot of experience/knowledge of the factions gamemode.
Our manager will get paid in percentages of the server's income.

Requirements:
* Past experience in being a manager
* Active (2/3 hours daily)
* Knowledge about the economies
* Has atleast 2 references of faction servers.
* 18+
* English
* Knows how to deal with the player-base
* Portfolio

No Thanks, Imagine working for a % lmao. Run the whole servers yourself, make them money and get a fraction of it lmao.

Would highly suggest paying your managers if you want even a remotely successful factions server.

Yeah, I would tend to agree. I have seen more often than not owners do not pay out managers who were promised percentages. I have also seen many owners sell their servers before a first season is over and then never pay out any funds to management and then the new owners simply fire everyone. There is no harm in entering a position as a volunteer, however, in joining any position that claims to pay you out just via percentage points in the Minecraft space you have to be extremely cautious and go in as if it was a volunteer and expect nothing in return as that's almost always going to be the case. Good luck to those who apply though. This message doesn't speak towards the character of the ownership, just rather the way they are looking to recruit.
