Self bans + vote bans

Two features.

Self-bans, you can ban yourself for up to 48 hours if you're premium or supreme. In order to prevent people from being locked out/for this to be abused we send a link to their email with an unban. Users with an open scam report either cannot self-ban or have the ban manually lifted.

Vote bans, but listen, don't just say it's a bad idea.
We can boot out bad members of the community, but the staff must agree that the person is destructive and they aren't just holding a grudge. The staff should have the final verdict.

Some Examples: Aschorren, CakeMC and Vavotech

People on vacation might want to let people know they're gone. Same with in class. What about people who maybe had a rough day on MCM and got scammed and just want to escape.

As for the scam report thing, we can manually lift the self ban or make it a rule that you are instantly ban if you evoke a self-ban on yourself during a scam report. The time would also be short.

I'm pretty sure the whole class/vacation thing can be avoided simply by just avoiding the site. I'd see selfbans work well with people who want out of the community for good.

HackForums has a self-bans feature for donators, but I never understood the point.
