the option for a seller to make a safetly deposit to mc-market for the price of the Bin and it will be release if the purchase is canceled or completed.
so it can be optional like the seller when he or she choose this method it will add some tag that purchase is safetly by mc-market, if the seller scams... the seller lose the deposit wich is the bin and it can be returned to the buyer, and if the deal go thru the seller recover the deposit and the money of the sale. a lot of buyers could want to go with sellers that offer this protection

the seller and the buyer will need to set the email of their paypal so there could be a proof if the transaction go thru correctly xD

I like the idea ... anyone can expose the legal and security issues with a Mc-market Coin?
also with this we are making the money trading more secure but how can we make the product trading more secure?

Staff are normal people, just like the rest of us. Just look at Seb1 as an example. My point is they could still scam, and keep in mind they have lives to live, with more than 50k members on the site, that wouldn't work at all.

The idea of eliminating scams through PayPal isn't possible. Your best bet is going with a middleman.
how did Seb get banned

I agree with Robert and Ivain. However, in terms of it being harder for lower rep people to go first, it's really not that big of a deal.

peh, I don't see whats wrong with going first with a user that has more reputation than you. When a higher rep user asks for a lower rep user to go first, that user's intention isn't to be rude. It's honestly just them being cautious. Lets be for real, who would be more likely to scam, a user that joined last month with only 2 vouches, or a user that has been a member for about a year with 30-40 deals?

peh, just ask for them to +rep you and you'll +rep them after a deal. It's really not an insult to any new members, just them being cautious.
Why would I want to go first with something that's worth 100's of dollars? that's a lot to me and I don't trust betting that on how many green numbers someones got next to their name. I would feel much safer with a staff middleman than a random user middleman

Reputation has nothing to do with anything on this site. You "rep" each other for any bullshit you can think of. It has nothing to do with trading. I would completely ignore reputation when deciding who goes first.

In *every* scenario you would look at what is being sold and what the payment method is and what is reversible. In general, you pay first then receive your goods. When paying with Bitcoin and the item is reversible, this may be reversible. Choose not to deal with someone who seems sketchy. Someone intending to scam will *always*, 100% of the time, give off signals of being sketchy. You lot are just so fucking desperate for a cheap deal that you go with it anyway then cry like babies when you get scammed.

I wouldn't go first with 99% of the fuckers on this site. Most of you would scam at any opportunity you had. You're children - you're immature and irresponsible.

As for the suggestion, the site would get charged back on. Mick will not implement it.

Staff scam. If a staff member scams, then MCM is liable. I'm not saying random users middlemanning is a good thing however. Those green numbers are from other users who have made deals with them. Think about it this way, who is more likely to scam, a person who sold and bought over hundreds and maybe even thousands of dollars worth of crap, or someone who has only done $50 worth of deals?

Why would the user with hundreds of dollars worth of deals exit scam an item for say, $80? They've purchased and sold more than that, so it'd be completely idiotic as that user could stay on here and continue making more money.

Let me dissect everything you just wrote.

"Reputation has nothing to do with anything on this site. You "rep" each other for any bullshit you can think of. It has nothing to do with trading. I would completely ignore reputation when deciding who goes first."

Do I have to say more?

"In *every* scenario you would look at what is being sold and what the payment method is and what is reversible. In general, you pay first then receive your goods. When paying with Bitcoin and the item is reversible, this may be reversible. Choose not to deal with someone who seems sketchy. So basically what you're saying is, if the item isnt reversible, I should pay first IN BITCOIN. What happens if I never get my items then? Ever thought of that?

"I wouldn't go first with 99% of the fuckers on this site. Most of you would scam at any opportunity you had. You're children - you're immature and irresponsible."

So basically, you're above everyone and extremely mature? This statement alone proves your immaturity.

"As for the suggestion, the site would get charged back on. Mick will not implement it."

Wow! Something part of that post that isn't utter bullshit!

This suggestion has been made numerous times before and denied each time for the same reason: it doesn't eliminate scamming, it shifts the scamming over to MC-Market to deal with which will be impossible if we don't even know what the deal is.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
