So first i should say that every of these builds was on auction for quite a while but there were almost no interest. That really is the main reason...but i have question why is that?
Lets take a look on build what was built 6 months ago and was posted here once before - Mountain of Doom. Starting price was set to 15$...in next two weeks the highest bid i got was 30$ for 350x350 large detailed and high quality build (in my opinion) it's ridiculous offer...later i set starting bit do 55$ and so far no offers...alright maybe i'm wrong and this build is not worth more than 30$
Next: Small Spawn area...activity = 0. Starting price was set to 25$ Shop for factions included.
Next: Gwendoline - Large hub area. I decided to build this after i saw that similar hub (square copy/paste) area was sold for 160$. Starting price for my build was set to 65$ because i didn't wanted to let buyers to wait until bid reaches the point i'm ok to sell it... so after first bid i could set end date after 3 days... fair for everyone i think. But no bids again...of course again it might be my fault and this build is not worth the money i'm asking...
I have to mention that i did sold one (my first) build here...but it got only one interested buyer so i presume it was just luck. (he was new user)
Honestly i'm thinking that the real reason is that i'm new here and/or i don't have premium account. In these 2 weeks what i have spent here i have realized that most trading is between core (old) users and new users are being ignored...also sometimes in conversation with other users i kind of felt unwelcome here...don't know really why...
So i have decided to stop ask/beg for bids and bump threads every day...since i have understood that not all users are interested doing business with new users. Of course i understand scam risk but i believe i have provided decent proofs (my YouTube and PMC) that i'm reliable builder... Anyway i have decided to set only BIN price (what i would like to get for this build) 'cause i don't believe something is going to change and i'll start getting bids...
