How non-exclusive sale works?
Non-exclusive basically means that product or in this case build will be sold multiple times to different people. I have decided to sell most of my builds in this way so small server owners also can afford good quality builds and not have to pay like $300 for one spawn build... So non-exclusive means build can be used on multiple servers but considering there are hundreds of thousands servers out there chances of finding the same build on other server are very low and since large servers don't use non-exclusive builds players also shouldn't notice that build is not exclusive. I believe this is very convenient way how to get awesome builds if you are on a tight budget

Spawn is meant to be used for Factions, Survival, Creative servers or as hub/lobby area.
It's beautiful, practical and well made build. Spawn edges are built in a way so you don't need to worry much about terraforming around spawn area. Simply paste build using [//paste -a] and it's done

Medieval city - Rownenborgh

Beautiful medieval style city. Most of the houses have some interior and almost all towers/walls are accessible by players. This map consists of many well made things like water wheel, arch bridge, aqueduct, organic water dragon etc. And also unique and interesting terrain.
This build is multipurpose and can be used on rpg, survival, faction servers and just as good for various minigames.

This spawn is specifically built for less experienced server owners as it's features square shape (to ease setting up spawn region) and spawn edges are built in a way so you don't need to worry much about terraforming around spawn area. Simply paste build using [//paste -a] and it's done

- Small pond as fishing area.

This map is meant to be used for survival games or PvP/KitPvP.
Map contains a lot of different organics (plants, creatures). Also map is pvp friendly because this whole build was based on flat surface and there are no grass or small structures which can get in way or cause lags/bugs for players.
Main spawn point and shop is located into space ship.

Refund: Due to the nature of save game files and .schematics (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product therefore I do not offer refund or exchange to another product after purchase is made. If you have damaged the file you are allowed to use download link (sent in email) up to 5 times.
