I have a whmcs account with fallout-hosting.com that has a $60 balance and I want to sell it.

Why do I have it?
I requested a refund from a dedicated server, as they took 2 weeks to reply to my thread which asked them to set it up (they never set up my dedicated server and they only replied once)

Instead of giving me a refund they gave me $60 store cash which is very scummy. I refunded on paypal but they won the case.

Yes, they scammed me out of $60 by not setting up the dedicated server. It took them 2 weeks even to reply saying that we could only get a refund in store credit, I lost the paypal case so, whatever, I dont suggest going to the company but hopefully someone will at least buy this account.

I'll buy the store credit for $5 :D. And according to Ian, you didn't get the server but you said you didn't want it to, also you did ask for store credit.

His account was closed as he opened 2 chargebacks.
Yeah, there was a pretty clear reason for charging back though you realize? They didnt deliver services that I payed $60 for...
They werent willing to give a refund so I didnt really have another choice, Im not just gonna give a company $60 for no reason. I want my service or I want a refund and they're literally not giving it to me. They are shady and they are the worst MC hosting company.

AND YES - I tried resolving it with them first, for an entire month, now I am filing a scam report against them and going to my bank to get my money back. Its not even about the money at this point, I dont care that much about $60 but I dont want a scummy shady company who scams people to get my money and support.

I guess in response to this even though I was interested in buying before being told it was closed -

Ian.D is not really at fault here. If you read their Terms of Service you could tell they do not provide refunds for Dedicated Servers, more so "Without a probable cause". When you bought the server you immediately agreed to their ToS. It's not his fault you decided to want to cancel it for the reasoning you provided "Until it gets more traction". It's not his fault you didn't go through their ToS. You were lucky enough to even get store credit. You could of just bought some Minecraft plans off them, or web hosting with that if you thought about it.

I guess this was rightfully so what Ian and his team decided.

Edit: Also you don't seem to understand that it can take 48 hours to get a dedicated server setup (Who knows, likely if you waited 30 more minutes or a couple more hours it would of been ready).

It was more than 48 hours, I only cancelled it because it was basically never going to be set up. I went to zerolag.host and they actually responded to me and set me up a good dedicated server. You get what you pay for, spend the extra $10.
