Well, I think my time as a faction owner has come to an end. It just isn't fun for me anymore..

Info:
Just reset, so donations will peak.
Averages around 20-30 players a day, peaks at 40.
Made 2k+ in the summer, makes 1.5k during school. (Probably be high soon cuz of winter)
Community is very loving.
Faction's server.
EDIT 3 1/2 MONTHS!

That should be enough info to get you a basic idea of the server, but I don't want to give the name out, since I don't want the player's to now I am selling hence the player's get mad.

This all feels so sketchy. A server making 1.5k a month and he want to sell it? So many people who claim he is a scammer. Btw note to all buyers Buycraft stats can be cheated by recycling money, and his player base is "Below average" I wouldn't bid too much, but otherwise GLWS

I would want some kind of evidence, and server IP so I can look myself. And why don't you want the players knowing? So they can all leave when they hear it's a new ownership? They should have the prior knowledge.

Same here such a sketchy seller, Probably doesn't even have a server, if he does it's home hosted, or uses Citizen plugin and plays with himself.

I think its really stupid that he doesn't even put the IP in the thread and doesn't show proof of pictures that it gets that amount of players he said he gets.

Well think about it, Which scammer can provide a server IP? He's expecting to get paid without showing the server.
