Well, I think my time as a faction owner has come to an end. It just isn't fun for me anymore..

Info:
Just reset, so donations will peak.
Averages around 20-30 players a day, peaks at 40.
Made 2k+ in the summer, makes 1.5k during school. (Probably be high soon cuz of winter)
Community is very loving.
Faction's server.
EDIT 3 1/2 MONTHS!

That should be enough info to get you a basic idea of the server, but I don't want to give the name out, since I don't want the player's to now I am selling hence the player's get mad.

This is so true.
TBH, its probs best. If his players find out, they will leave, and then if you buy the server, you then have no playerbase. Just PM him, and get some proof.

I think its really stupid that he doesn't even put the IP in the thread and doesn't show proof of pictures that it gets that amount of players he said he gets.

First off, you want $1,300.00 USD for this server. I can honestly say that you don't deserve $50.00 USD for this server. Why? Well, here's why:

Spawn:
I've seen this same concept before and before. In fact, it looks like the spawns that I used to see back in the day of Alpha. It's not put together nicely, the signs look horrible, and all together it reminds me of a server that's ran by a 10 year old. The builds are basic. In fact, the entire spawn clashes together and makes it look like trash.

Plugins:
You've tried to hide what plugins you are using. I laughed because I still found them out with simple /tab. Now, these plugins aren't custom. In fact, any person could remake this server so fast that your head would spin. Anyone can go and edit an Essentials file. But making a custom plugin that actually fits to your server would be ideal. Instead, you went with the most common plugin setup. I see this with Factions servers all the time. Nothing is unique here. Nothing stands out.

Players:
They aren't active. You say you have an average player-base of 20-30? To me, you'd be lucky to even get 10 people on at once. The players aren't active. In fact, only one person said hello to me. That person could have been you for all I know. So, because of the simple fact that people aren't talking or really doing much means that maybe this server has alt accounts logged in to provide a player-base. This could just be because when I joined the server, people went to pee or have lunch with Grandma.

Website:
I've checked it. In fact, it's just a dumb Enjin website that has nothing to offer me. You can say that you are unique with it and that it's fully custom, but chances are it's stolen. You don't even have a Favicon. Along with that, your title (in the tab of your browser) says Enjin Website. I laughed at this and didn't bother checking out the rest of the website. Also, if you're making so much money, why don't you buy a Xenforo license and get a designer to make you a custom theme?

Just a few things about how much money you're "making":
1) Why don't you have a good server logo? It's simple and plain.
2) Why don't you hire a developer to make custom plugins?
3) Why does the server seem laggy? Seems like a cheap host that's costing you $5/month.
4) Why not spend money on advertising to get people?
5) Why not buy Xenforo and have a custom theme done?

I mean, it just doesn't make sense. You say that you made all this money (thousands) but yet, you have a simple factions server, a basic Enjin website, and a horrible player-base that's running all on a crappy server provider that you're probably paying $10.00 USD for that your mom gave you for your birthday.

Seriously, I wouldn't give you my dirty underwear for this server. I've fallen into the "This server made thousands of dollars, so will you" trap before. I can tell you that it's all bullshit.

I've joined it. I've checked what you have. Nothing proves anything better than being in it live. So, here is my advice:

1) Fire your manager, he obviously doesn't know what he is doing
2) Keep with Enjin. You just look like a child server
3) Kimsufi is trash. That explains that
4) I live in the US. Reference to #3
5) $2000 last month? I hardly don't believe it. Take off 3 zeros, that's how much you made.
