The benefits of this jar are optmized tnt and tps performance. This jar also imcludes a tps fix for example. If your tps drops too 19tps on your server the jar forces the server too run at 21 tps. Thus making it run at 20tps again. I used this on my own server we never had tps related lag. If you are interested please dm on discord or mcm.
