Test server does not work and also, how will people trust you when you have literally just joined?

Server is up and running. What is the message that it is saying when you try to use the ip: 198.154.109.125? Also, are you on 1.8.8. Lastly, I just joined, yes. I am not constantly watching this site, and I've made this account to sell my server, which does not happen everyday.
