To whoever is interested in buying this; if you want a server that's known for scamming invite rewards, unprofessional and childish previous ownership and management, and never releasing even a beta map, go ahead and buy this server, if you don't want that I would keep looking. By the way, 1500 is completely outrageous LOL.

I wouldn't even try to sell this if I were you, you won't be getting anywhere near what you invested into it just because it's HCF and HCF is dead. Also the assets listed are worth at most $200-300.

I wouldn't even try to sell this if I were you, you won't be getting anywhere near what you invested into it just because it's HCF and HCF is dead. Also the assets listed are worth at most $200-300.

Plus wise is not plugins by its self is like 500$ minimum it was coded specifically for ortixpvp

You did scam invite rewards from the discord user "sesttopola." He invited 60 people and you couldn't even give him 10$ nitro which you listed as one of the invite rewards. On the other hand, let's be real for a second. If you think you're getting 500$ for anything related to "OrtixPvP" you are on a different planet than me. Your staff were childish, which was proven by them entertaining multiple arguments in the general chat, and one of your owner's making vulgar statements towards other people (I can provide screenshot's if you want.)

Asking $700 for a 1.8 Server is outrageous you are aware that most plugins developers have Dropped for 1.8 so maintained a 1.7/1.8 Server is Highly Expensive so your claims about everything custom goes right to the bin secondly Server Barely has any Any Traffic which gives me a clear doubt that it made even a single dollar in revenue and Reviewing Comments from Players Server has a very reputation so acquiring this is a huge risk
