i have currently been working on a skyblock server called NitroSkies and wont be working on it anymore. it was me and another owner, so if you were to buy this you wouldn't be alone. We are very experienced with making servers and doing configs but sadly i just don't have the time anymore and wouldn't want to leave my friend alone. We have a discord server i would be happy to give you owner on (Not Completed) and the minecraft server its self with all this you could have it up in no time as it has a fair bit done.
