I have seen so much skidded plugins out here lately and none of the users wich are trying to re - sell them are getting banned. Is this the name way of money making? Decompiling someones plugins and then selling it? I don't think so and I think this should be bannable. If someone is re - selling parts of someones plugins you should be able to make a scam report and then give enough proof and in my opinion this user should be permanent banned due making money of someone else their work. In my opinion this isn't fair at all. Like Buz sold toggling's plugin wich was vHCF wich was totally skidded from tHCFcore. And I have seen so much edited sources codes from paras hcf core out here. We should make a new rule against this business. Thanks and if you disagree tell me why you disagree.

2 reasons I can think of why they're not already being banned.
1. nobody reports them
2. It's difficult to prove that someone has stolen parts of code, since some parts for certain functions would be the same regardless.

In my opinion if code is quite near to the same but it isn't just a complete copy of the other with only the name changed it should be okay as long as they're adding unique things to it themselves.

Now we know who takes code from other people.
yes Kappa:tup:[DOUBLEPOST=1470395375][/DOUBLEPOST]
I mean, if they literally copypaste out of someone else's code, it's not okay, but if they use it to work off, that's what happens in the programming world.
In many cases, there's only a few ways to make a certain thing happen with one programming language. So if all of those have already been done, you might as well use one of the working methods instead of trying to figure them out from scratch
this is exactly what I mean

A good example of stealing someone's code is having all variables named the exact same, setting them at the exact values, etc etc.
Whereas if you use differently named variables and make it do slightly different things, it's not a copy.

If you do this you technically learn nothing, it's not a challenge.
Not saying that is how it should always be done. I'm simply saying where the line of copying/stealing code is best drawn.[DOUBLEPOST=1470396461][/DOUBLEPOST]Theagainmen take it easy on the agrees, will ya?
