Selling Starfall - A Sci-Fi server with a loyal playerbase

Starfall is a lore-intensive Sci-Fi server where you get to traverse multiple planets and participate in a space epic. The server is mostly finished but has not launched yet. We (The Founders) do not have the time to finish it and would like to sell it to someone who would be interested in doing so. Here is what we've got so far:

• Discord server with 146 active users that have participated in events and are eager for the server to launch. We had an SMP going with around 17 people on at a time and it got to the point that we had to create a player limit.
• Multiple configured premium plugins, including a MineStore account linked to the domain of the server ($50 self-hosted storefront + multiple other configured premium plugins)
• NamelessMC website data
• Minecraft SMP Server data
• In-Development data of Starfall’s main idea
• Many documents of flushed-out lore (mostly finished)
• Full planning for server events, launch, etc.
• Fully custom-built hunger games map
• Mostly built spawn map
• Loyal staff team
• Domain & Emails (starfallmc.net)

Was this SMP vanilla with no plugins + any events and/or admin interference?

Can you provide a timeframe of player activity + date of opening/closing?
