What are all the licenses that I would need to purchase

Xenforo and the Theme from Xentr. Both have expired and don't receive updates anymore but I believe it's possible to transfer the Xenforo license which would make it cheaper for renewal.

I have checked, in order to transfer the license, it is necessary to extend it first. Since it already exists, it's only 55$ to have it renewed for another year.
