I really like Senior Team, but their web development services are kind of slow and not as good anymore imo. I've opened two tickets and no one has responded.

Ideally - would not do business with this so called wanna be company.

They are stating themselves as a private limited company, in reality they are not.

that they are operating as a sole trader, with the Government Services for businesses (international)

As a sole trader (self-employed) you are responsible for, and run the business as a private person.
No starting capital is required for sole traders. You need to register your business with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).
You can, but do not have to, register with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket).

They are claiming to be managing directors, when they aren't a company,
this could lead to tax fraud, if they are operating as a sole trader.
