Hello! New and upcoming Minecraft Network/Server.
Looking for active, fun, professional and active partners.
Currently I am looking for a partner to help out with the Minecraft servers. As you can see from the title we have a very active, very loyal player base. 230 members - 15 boosts!
I already have a hub, skyblock and prison server made but they definitely need some work.
I have spent the last couple months managing discord events such as tournaments, moderating, maintaining the server and bots. And honestly the work load is too much, and I recently just got a part-time job. This is why I am looking for a partner.
I am even willing to ditch the hub, skyblock and prison server completely - in exchange we dedicate all time and resources into the Survival RPG.
What are we looking for?
Currently we are looking for the following:
- Co-Owner/partner - Willing to help financially
- Long Term Developers
- Server Administration
- Creative minds looking to provide beneficial ideas and how we can implement them
- Management - Help with advertising.
- Website Designers - Help improve the website.
- Streamers
- Content Providers
- Storyline Writers

I will state, this discord is a loyal community, we are looking for QUALITY not quantity. However having more people doesn't hurt. I am not looking for people who simply just want to make a quick buck. I am looking for actual people, people who can become friends and associates. If you're not willing to play with our community, engage with our community, please just stop reading now. On our discord we host various tournaments for various games such as Valorant, and we host events such as Movie Night. In summary, you must be willing to not only work on the server with me, but actively interact and engage with our community. Push to bring the best out of it.
What can I provide?
I provide a loyal and active community, as you can see, 230 members and 15 boosts, with very little incentive to do so.
A hard working owner. I have spent up to 28 hours STRAIGHT working on servers. Trust me I am hard working.
Premium Plugins - A lot of the premium plugins required I have already purchased, Any that we may need I am open to suggestions and willing to take under consideration. However as a co-owner, you must be willing to purchase some of these things yourself!
Currently I have invested over $700 into this. Planning on investing more. (can provide proof)
Twitch Streamer - Partnered with theta.tv, currently we have a twitch streamer who is partnered up with theta.tv (7k followers) and 2.8k on twitch.
And a whole list of other things which will just clog up this thread.
What are our priorities?
We priorities the benefit of the community, over the benefit of our pockets. If you are not willing to set aside greed. Please leave the thread.
Our community is our #1 priority.
Immersion, every server we put out we'd like to prioritize immersion. Currently I am working on a Survival RPG server which hopefully will be the main interest point in the server.
Requirements
Age - 16 and older. I prioritize maturity and skill, over your age.
Experience - I do not care much about experience. As long as you are an expert in your area, with proof of course, for all I care you could have 2 months of experience.
Time - Try to dedicate at least 2 hours daily
Active and Engaging - Be active in the discord even the Minecraft server, engage with people, if you're not willing to be in the discord, not willing to be on the server, why would anyone else be?
Currently these will be unpaid positions, however we can discuss future pay and profit splits. Some of these things I am able to pay for if it's just a one time thing.
