Server co-owner

Looking for a co-owner for a server.
What I am looking for:
Someone intelligent,
hardworking,
mature,
creative
willing to pay 50/50 server costs, and get 50/50 profits
willing to work with advertising the server
Knows about dedicated servers, aka SSH access and FTP, Linux management,
website management.(I know already all of these myself).
would expect the person to work on it as much as I do and be responsive,

I have a dedicated server running i7 4790K & 32GB RAM, 2x120GB NVMe SSD so server is not a problem.


preferred gamemode: factions (I have server files mostly done, but i don't mind survival nor skyblock, etc. so contact me on discord for discussing)
