It's nothing hard to develop, it's a simple design with popular plugins. There isn't an advanced kit system either. If you have experience, it’s a quick and easy job. I want all plugins configured immaculate. Especially Epic Bosses. If your experienced in creating bosses and have another plugin that you believe is optimal, I'm up to converse. The server version is Spigot 1.8.8.
