Server [Help] [Featherboard] [Factions]

Hello, Everytime i login to my server. Featherboard turns off. Yes I can toggle it on but for everyone it toggles off when they get on. How can I fix this?

Also, how do i change the factions format for chat? such as:

[Faction Name] [Group] Username:

EX: [Owners] [Owner] CluelessAnthony:

 

[Fire]

Some other plugin is likely interfering with FeatherBoard. Could you post a list of the plugins you are using?

Are you using essentials chat?

If so an example for the chat format would be
'&8[[FACTION]&8] {DISPLAYNAME}&3 >&f {MESSAGE}'
