Hello, Everytime i login to my server. Featherboard turns off. Yes I can toggle it on but for everyone it toggles off when they get on. How can I fix this?

Also, how do i change the factions format for chat? such as:

[Faction Name] [Group] Username:

EX: [Owners] [Owner] CluelessAnthony:
