My co-owner and I have been running a Minecraft community for over 6 years, and are slowly shutting it down and focusing on hosting servers for other people instead. So I'm Looking for a developer and web designer. I have a 300-400 $ Budget for getting up and running, possibly more after that.

Need the following:

• Frontend with 5 to 7 pages including simple Blog page
• Custom UI, design elements and art
• Logo
