Hi,

I am seeking a server manager.

MUST HAVE:
- Good clear microphone [ A must]
- Speaks good English [ The interviews will be over voice ]
- Past experience [ Yea a can do attitude will win through with a little experience over a vastly experienced person who just wants money and finds people and asks to get payed. ]
- Someone who want to build a community/business and not make a quick buck. [ This is not a quick anything]
- Over the legal age in you country to sign legal documents [ Or put you parents in voice with me to sign and get permission]
-Paypal account.

Position details:
If you are worth your salt you know what you NEED to do.

Payment:
The way the staff payouts will work.
Manager 10% Server income [ After expenses + payouts ]
Dev 10% Server income [ After expenses + payouts ]
Admins 5% Server income max 2 [ After expenses + payouts ]
Mods 1% Sever income max 5 [ After expenses + payouts ]
Other Staff positions will not be payed.

I DO NOT intend to take any money myself from the server other than to reinvest in advertising and upgrading hardware.

64Gb Ram
500Gb M.2 NVME drive

THOUGHTS OTHER INFO:
All I think I need to say is the harder you and the staff you find us work. The better the advertising and endorsements you find the more you will get payed. I am looking for someone who will put in the effort a employee willing to go the extra mile.

I have had bad results with past managers and "co owners" if you can call it that. I need someone who can communicate with me and does what they are asked and someone who does not go rouge all the time.

You will [ legal guardian ] will need to sign a NDA and other freelance employment contracts so be ready for that if you are successful in your interview.

I am kind of old school in that there is no application format let me know your discord name and I will add you, we can setup a time to talk. Be ready I am blunt :) If you want to leave some info about yourself below that would be cool as well. [ It will show me who you are depending on what you do EVERYTHING is a test]

There may be other things I have forgotten I will add them as they come to me.

PS the negative rep is from me looking for a strong female admin all the men got but hurt lol [ Who would of thought men could be so soft]

To the people who want to apply for this

if i were you, id recommend finding other people to manage a server for, DroopyStarFish within a few months of being the only owner managed to make the community drop severely, caused several game breaking bugs and broke most permissions. He threw out the original coders who spent years working on the plugin for somebody he found, proceeded to charge up to $150 USD for a beta access to a test server to pay for it because he didn't want to himself and then cant keep to his own rules

If you are wondering who i am and what right i have to speak out against him, i am a player who was:

1. helped update the server alot and was friends with the owner
2. ex trainer, mod and admin
3. helped out in some coding for ai vehicles
4. part of a build team for several spawns
5. i sank several years into the original server (and after it closed the new one which droopy now took over and ruined)

I agree with terra, cam and speedi he has caused many players to not only leave the server but never want to come back. this "owner" is no more than a dictator who has kicked people out of power to get were he is. he has lied to us about the recode. he has banned us for bs reasons (example: kav not speaking English, cam "harassing" him, me calling him out for kicking out solmex). he also doesn't put the time and effort into the server to actually take the advice of the players. he charges people for no reason than to make a profit. he has ruined the good name of navalclash and droopy the "neg rep" isn't because of the female admin thing its because you are a TERRIBLE OWNER. I hope the server gets shut down. I cant even get on it anyway im perm banned for bs reasons. the players deserve better than this "stalin of navalclash".

he also permanently banned camkam for posting a comment on mc-market because a grown man got very offended and upset by a teenager
