Hello Everyone,
What does a manager do on a server? Well what my job is for is to do all the things that the owner or dev wouldn't or couldn't do. Such as Interviewing for staff, Making Rules for the server, Coming up with an economy, Or doing basic plugin work. I also promote the server, and do my best to see that everything runs smoothly for the opening date, or if the server is already running I take care of all the toxicity.
