Server Plugin dev/help.

Hello! I currently run and Australian survival server. Everything is pretty much setup except i do need help with voting plugin(s) Rewards to work when a player votes. Little bit of a rework of essentials home. With the addition of adding you need to vote atleast once today to use /home.

And Ofcourse fix welcome messages! Preferably on the same-ish GMT+10 as myself. Pm a price within reason please and thank you.(i do work,sorry if i take ages to add on discord or respond)
