Server plugin setup

So basically I want to play vanilla minecraft with some friends but as we all know that gets somewhat boring after some time.... So basically I'm looking for someone to setup a server for me that enhances the vanilla experience and makes the game more difficult. I have a small list of plugins I believe would be pretty sweet, I could use some suggestions and I also need to know if they are compatable. Some of the plugins have overlapping features so either it won't work or parts would need to be turned off.

So if anyone could do something with these plugins or has any suggestions that would be amazing. I'm willing to negotiate prices. Basically I still want vanilla gameplay but I'd like it enhanced. Extra Hard Mode, really good choice!
I really enjoyed it when i was playing it.

As for you request, the list is long and the configuration will be quite demanding for unexperienced configurator.
I'm up for the task if you are still looking for someone to do that commission for you.
