Server THREAD DESIGN

Hi, my name's Thomas and I would love some super easy and quick service.

Basically, I run my own server, called AxeScape, that is launching soon and I need a thread design to keep my staff posted on the latest server updates.

If possible I would love it to include the following:
- Blue-dark blue and white design
- 5 sections
1. Title bar
2. Updates section
3. Staff shoutouts bar
4. Last note bar
5. Credits section

If someone could send something like a watermarked version of something rough I would be happy to send some money via PayPal for a non-watermarked version.

I think the yellow is a bit to harsh that's just my opinion but other that looks clean
