Also, we will need developers for our custom plugins requested by clients.

How much would we pay you?
Advertising Department -
For the advertising department, you will get 20% off the amount being paid by the client.
Live Chat -
Every time you help advertise and get a client you will again, get 20% off of the amount being paid by the client.
Developers -
Since developers work hardly for custom plugins, they will get 60% of the added price of the custom plugin.

Devs do a lot of hard work, why would they only get 20% of profits? So if I'm understanding right, the client asks you to do a plugin for 50 bucks, all you do is tell the dev to make the plugin, they make 12 bucks and you get 48? All you did was tell the dev what the client wants? No ones going to join on that train...

It is a mutual agreement. We advertise, and they get money.

That awfully depends. MCM is drowning new developers from the community, as the more popular ones are getting all the work.

Yeah I guess that's true, I'm trying to find a good dev atm as well, Justis, mat, and myuime seem like the best options as my previous dev scammed me $300 ;/ I guess it takes a way a lot of the risk factors. GL then
