ServerSlectorX For Spigot?

I'm looking for a serverslector that will transfer you to another server with a different IP, but while looking into some plugins most of them seems to be outdated. I'm currently using Spigot 1.12, could someone help me? Deluxe menu doesn't work also. Or do these selector work for only bungee cord?

From my knowledge, the server selector only works for bungee.
If your trying to tp them to another server thats how you're going to have to do it. If its another /mv world you can make npcs, or portals.

Yea, but how would my plugins work though? My Spigot plugins and Bukkit?

Yes it will work on your "hub" you don't upload the plugin directly to bungee.

So you're saying that, I should get 1 small bungee server and all of my other servers will be Spigot?

If your server is premium disable online-mode on spigot servers and enable it only on the bungee. Also, use a plugin like IpWhitelist to secure your server.
