Hello! This is a job posting for a business manager for my new and upcoming studio, "Aviara"! You may be asking, what makes Aviara different from other studios? We do things differently! We have very affordable prices for custom-configured and developed setups. We are currently hiring hourly paid configurators! The base rate starts at $10/hour and can go up to $18/hour. You will work on a commission assigned with a team of one to two other configurators.
Job Description:
- Configure Premade Setups (Hourly Paid) | Example: Hub Setup
- Configure Custom Setups (Hourly Paid) | Example: Gens Setup for Customer
- Configure Premade Files (Quote Paid + Commission %) | Example: Deluxe Menus Configuration - Earn 10% per purchase
- Configure Custom Files (Quote Paid) | Example: Deluxe Menus Configuration - One-time payment for the customer
- Work in a team environment, complete a lot of work, and be paid reasonably for it! Offering competitive starting wages.
- Have the comfort of working whenever you want, with a flexible schedule!
- Work with one to two other individuals (no solo completion unless it's VERY small or an individual/small group of configs)
Bonus Pay:
- Project Management ($100 per Project/Service we provide)
- Sales Commission (5-15% per sale)

Base Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Prior knowledge/experience working on or for a service team (6mo-2y)
- Working Microphone
- Based in the NA or typically on during EST times!
- Configuration Experience (1y minimum)
- Worked in 3+ game modes (Factions, Skyblock, Gens, BoxPvP, Survival, Lifesteal, Mini Games)
