So right, here I go once again for speaking the truth.

I know there's a lot of service teams on here from where I have worst to good experiences, then bad again.

All of their terms are different from each other and you don't understand what to do.
Despite all of them works on MCM, I was thinking that MCM should enforce terms for these owners and also for the public.

Rules such as:

A service team thread offering should only be created with a business account.
PayPal rules should be met when doing business transactions (G&S method)
If client can't pay early, despite the freelancer has done the work, and the client is satisfied the owner should pay him whatever the client paid.
Don't spam the posts with repeated content.

And diffidently more as we have a comment section to hear about them.

MANY, MANY service team owners breaks a lot of rules on here, each day such asking for reputation, ratings on their thread and similar.
Also being a part of SPAM content.

Would love to hear everyone's opinion on this.

1 RULE FOR ALL TEAMS!

The freelancer's right should be saved.
Service teams needs to operate within the rules set by MCM.
Service teams cannot go above the rules set by MCM but for competition, they can decrease their limits such as the % maybe.

Services teams are not A PLATFORM, but rather a MIDDLEMAN SERVICE.
Thread spamming should be removed and they should move all their stuff in ONE thread.
One section for service teams should be given.
Service teams should be restricted to 2-5% profits only.
Service teams to operate on MCM, must prove their identity, and paypal (Because they can just take thousands and not pay their freelancers so could be a big scam)
Anyone without a legal document cannot make a service team, make it like opening a business since they're doing more above $5,000+ transactions AT LEAST an year for a well-known service team here.

Considering we need all SERVICE TEAMS, TO BE ON ONE ROAD.

I also know service teams, making more than $1,000 per month (FOR THE OWNER ONLY IN PROFIT) despite not being registered as a company.

Taking PayPal payments as F&F despite charging people for fees.

Having worked with a number of service teams. I've found most of their freelancers do not agree with how service teams get operated.
I completely agree with what was started above.

100% agree with all the points listed

I think service teams should require freelancers to provide a portfolio, and if they do not, specify that. As I have seen many tickets not asking for a portfolio because they trust the team in hiring them

That's the main reason why 50% of the service team scams occurs, because they don't refund the person back, just because they made a silly mistake paying the freelancer and thus getting something shitty and losing their money.

I made a similar post where service teams should be given a different area to make posts, and instead of different posts in different sections, just one general post in one section.

I personally owned a service team and I completely agree with this. G&S is much less sketchy and clients will no longer be afraid of getting scammed. Furthermore, freelancers with no MC-M accounts and no portfolio will easily scam the client if you are offline when the deal goes through.

Also no thread spam, and people can’t reply to threads telling them to join
There's an up button.
Waiting on the disagrees from all those service teams owners.

Service teams are a bunch of dress-up 12 year old lowballers that deserve not to exist. I tried going through one of them once for a build and it felt like applying for car insurance.

Yea, they also overcharge commission so the freelancers increase price to get more money

I posted in a discord about selling a huge spawn for around $120-$150 and a "known service team owner" offered me $50 for it saying that it was not worth that much, but claimed that he could sell it for that much because he owned a service team. I swear these service team owners were dropped as babies.

Excuse me, but I enjoyed working on my old service team, and the one I owned. Didn't seem that bad to me, we didn't have a day process for shit. You join the discord, make a ticket, say whatchu need budget time etc, we suggest a list of freelancers, you pick, he builds what you want if you don't pay we just resell it, if you do you get it. Easy.

Still the owner is likely 9 year old hungry for money.

I know a service team changed their prices from 85% for freelancers to only 60% for freelancers lmao.

I agree with most of what you say in the post. There are a lot of service teams that go outside the rules and engage in less than ideal business practices.
However, I would like you to elaborate on this point.
If client can't pay early, despite the freelancer has done the work, and the client is satisfied the owner should pay him whatever the client paid.
I do believe there is some poor wording involved here. I've tried writing interpretations for this a couple of times, and none of them seem to make sense with all the parts of this point.
The fact is; most of these suggestions are already rules that exist in some form or another, they just aren't enforced on all service teams properly, and there is no precedent for reporting misbehavior and no obvious means to report those in violation.
