I would like to stay under 450$ in the build itself. So, if someone can pick the best parts for me, and throw it into a PCPartPicker (US) build and link me I will see what is best. Then, I can go ahead and look on Ebay for parts to get a better idea of prices for used parts etc.

219$ for 1060 6G performance
Ah I was considering getting a cpu with integrated graphics to start. As I'm trying to keep this as cheap as possible :)

I don't quite understand why you're fixated on MSI when they're reputed for bad things such as bad customer service and bad warranty reliability, whereas XFX is cheaper and known for at least better service.

I added two better stick of memory with higher speeds thanks to the surplus, not only two extends your amount of overall memory but Ryzen entirely depends on dual-channel memory to run faster and it's much reliable if one fails in around 2 years time.. If one fails, then at least you have the other stick to compensate and allows your computer to still run.

This honestly was what I had in mind. Keep that part list, it’s pretty good. Otherwise you can look at second hand gpus, always will be cheaper, but they come at risk :|. Considering your build, it will not throttle itself and will run smoothly any software you want (except AfterEffects ).[DOUBLEPOST=1552821814][/DOUBLEPOST]

From my experience buying an MSI laptop, it has always been fantastic dealing with them. Computer slowing down? 1 day response, extra time added to warranty. I honestly without doubt recommend MSI.

You're probably just really lucky then, because MSI service is really bad in most areas.
