Hey guys! Reading through the only -rep's on this thread, I'm shocked at what Sher has to deal with on a seemingly daily basis. -Rep for him charging you more than you'd like, and -rep because he has other stuff to work on? C'mon, people

Anyway, to put into perspective how great his work was, I'll share that I've hired two programmers thus far to work on my Minecraft server in development. One, who shall remain nameless, has given me excuses and refused to return my money for nearly two months straight with no work done. Sher, on the other hand, was busy moving a long distance, and when the plugin was a bit late, he apologized profusely and even offered a discount. When the plugin was done very soon after, it exceeded my expectations, and he had no problem with small changes that I requested of him, even things as insignificant as renaming commands and such.

If Sher is a -rep worthy developer, I can't imagine what a +rep worthy one is like. Probably the incarnation of perfection or something, I dunno.

Huge +rep here, I plan on hiring Sher again in the near future. If you can explain your plugin in even the slightest detail, Sher will know what you're after and deliver. Thanks again, Sher.
