ShopGUI+ has failed and now I need help

I own an SMP server that collectively has 39 plugins, one of which is ShopGUI+ Premium.


Until yesterday, the plugin worked fine, and with no major changes or add-ons from the day that it failed--I am lost. I usually can re-configure and fix issues but this is over my head.


Some notes/context with the issue:

1. I have add-ons (SilkSpawners & SilkSpawner ShopGUI+ Bridge)
2. Using Vault/Essentials for Economy

• The issue when doing /shop shows "Your data cannot be loaded"
• Other issues before not being able to do /shop included categories not being found & only able to "sell all", by using the MMB

Lastly, I've also bought a premium custom config on ShopGUI+ from someone on here, which worked soundly and included .lang .config and shops ymls
