Should I bleach my hair?

Got really dark hair and the only way to get this sort of colour in my hair is to bleach it. Should I bleach & then dye my hair this colour?

Reason being is bleaching your hair can damage it significantly and it's really difficult for certain people to come back from it unless you shave your head which a lot of people aren't down for that. However, a ton of people do it and if it's something which you think you'll enjoy and it will boost your confidence even a little bit, then go for it!

Thanks for the thorough response, I appreciate it! I've not had any particular issues with my hair in the past except that it has gotten really oily, but not so much anymore. I'll look into it .

If you want to dye your hair pink, like shown in that picture above, no need to bleach your hair unless it’s very dark.

I personally don’t bleach my hair when dying it, but yet again I don’t have the absolutely darkest hair colour of it all. It depends on a bunch of factors, colour and thickness of the hair being one of them.

Welp, people mistake my hair for black it's that dark (very dark brown). Chances are I'll have to .
