Latouth had a very keen idea, we all know the salt box, but I and latouth believe there should be a requirement to use it, just like there is a requirement for using the loan section. As new members come in and flame/ try to scam.

Stopping people from talking in shoutbox for a period of time (after paying $10 for it) will annoy them and give no real benefit. The thing is many users donate for perks like this. To tell them that they donated only to have to wait a month or so (and complete various obstacles of requirements) to use the thing they paid for is a bit ridiculous. If users are disobeying rules, simply report them.

Well, the account would be a month old.. then they can use the shout box.

But you need a rank to use the shoutbox, what if a new member buys a rank on his second day just so he could chat with people, then finds out he has to wait a month? Doesn't make any sense to be honest lol
