my main experience is in skyblock, prisons and smp
Due to the server I was a manager on has recently closed down I am now a free agent looking to take up my next task in the community, what my responsibilities where: 1. promote the server
2. get small streamers on board to advertise the server
3. manage all staff
4. looking for new staff to join the team
5. holding interviews
6. holding staff meetings
7. engaging with to community to see where we could improve on future updates
8. promoting the discord server (we had a little over 1k members)
9. training all staff in areas where needed
10. seeing to the overall server to make sure nothing is happening to hinder progression
11. helping builders and owners on ideas for events
12. general background work (checking logs, glitches, reading posts on discord ect.)
