Well obviously I'm not trying to flog it without proof of ownership or anything, but right now I'm just finding out if anybody here would like to buy it. If you do want it, then I am more than happy to send proof of ownership before we proceed, and also would rather set up an official trade via a trusted 3rd party such as Flippa or Sedo in order to facilitate a safe and risk-free transaction.

If I don't get any interest then my plan is to eventually build my own minecraft structure blueprints website. My partner complains too much that the blueprints out there are too complicated and poorly worded/explained. I think I'd be able to make a go of it, and earn a bit on the side with ad revenue and such, but the idea of building it is too daunting at the moment I'm doing too much overtime at work lol.

Thanks Mick, my only thinking is that if I'm going to be parking it for a while, I'd prefer to develop it instead, as the potential income from it is obviously a lot bigger than the actual value - I just don't have the time or motivation to do it right now. I'm gonna hold off parking it for now until I know there are no immediate buyers, and then I'll see if I feel like developing it yet lol.
