SirenCraft| Staff Recruitment
Hey! SirenCraft is a factions server now going re-releasing season two of factions. We are ready to kick off with brand new partners, a new ownership, better and optimized plugins, and much more. As our release draws nearer, we are looking for staff to help moderate the server in their free time. We are looking for professional, mature, and motivated staff members to join the team. Roles we're looking for:
Helper
Helper is the most common role that will be given out on our team. Helpers help moderate chat and support players with anything they may need, while they enjoy the server for themselves. Helpers are given a great deal of trust, likely more than on most other servers, so we want our helpers to represent the server in the best way possible. The Helper role is a chance to prove yourself to the management team; if you prove yourself capable of a promotion, then you will be promoted quickly.
Moderator
Moderators are the "general use" role of the staff team, as they have the broadest range of jobs. They are given more trust and permissions than helpers, but have more of a responsibility. Moderators help people in chat, settle disputes in-game, resolve support tickets on Discord, find and appropriately punish rule breakers, and are now allowed to join sub-teams. More information about sub-teams will be given to helpers when they first join the team.
Senior Moderator
As the name suggests, Senior Moderators and Head Moderators act similarly to admins on most servers. They are given multiple new permissions that permit them to operate freely on the server, without the need of asking higher-ups for assistance on daily tasks. They are given the chance to lead a sub-team, along with help train and mentor new staff that recently joined the team. This rank is very difficult to get, but it will be worth it.
Administrator
The Administrator rank is given to highly experienced and highly trusted individuals within our staff team. An administrator's responsibilities would be: finalizing disputes in-game, dealing with staff disputes, helping to find and fix bugs, and managing parts of the server.
