If you're still looking for this, please add me on Discord with Emissions#2565. Please may I add though that plugins are developed in Java and not in Skript. I would also require 100% upfront (you will be invoiced if you decide to head with me, with the invoice having sufficient TOS) due to your low reputation on the forum.
