Skyblock Server [PAID]

Hello! I am currently looking for a really good setups maker / configurator. I would like to get a skyblock server with the following:
+ 8 Ranks - Configured with better ranks getting more perks. (names would be given priv
+ Island Upgrades (no head GUI's, these upgrades would include member size, island size, and island generator)
+ No Staff Ranks (I will configure them and setup permissions myself)
+ Money Pouches
+ No Crates
+ Custom Islands
+ Donator Islands
+ Spawner Stacking
+ Auction House
+ Kits (one for each rank)
+ Voting (ofc I would set up the IP and stuff)
+ Minions
+ SellWands
+ CombatLog
+ Envoys
+ Custom Tab List
+ Name Tags In Tab (nametagedit)

SKYBLOCK PLUGIN MUST BE ASKYBLOCK & PERMISSIONS PLUGIN MUST BE LUCKPERMS

NOTE: I will not purchase the setup if you have just put plugins on a server. I would like to see them configured, working & colored correctly.

WILL BE SETUP ON MY SKYBLOCK SPAWN & WARZONE
