Just want to point out that the build that the bottom screenshot represents is a build that can be purchased non-exclusively on a different website, don't know if it's considered a competitor website so i won't link to it, but it says it was built by MrAniman2(sorry for the tag), and the OP of this thread probably doesn't have the rights to re-sell it.
The build in the first screenshot looks familiar too, so it was probably purchased on the same website, but I don't know that for sure.
TrendyPanda could you explain why you call them "Custom Builds" when they're not custom? (Assuming that I didn't misunderstand which things you were calling custom)
And do you actually have the rights to re-sell these?

You are correct, both of builds shown in the screenshots are being sold non-exclusively.
The second is my build. https://www.mc-market.org/resources/2510/ It's being sold on couple webstores (MCM, Sellfy, SchematicStore and Chunkfactory) I would like to note that the user hasn't contacted me to receive any permission to resell this build... (it's also possible the builds were sold to him by someone else in that case OP was mislead)

Seeing as the OP last login was Sep 19, 2019 I believe he/she is no more actively looking to sell the server.
