Skyblock Spawn + Aircraft-Hangar

Hey

I'm looking for a Builder who can build a Skyblock Spawn with following features:

Place for 5 Citizens
Place for 3 Extra Citizens close to the 5 others (but still slightly seperated)
Area for 7 Crates
Place for a Portal (Spaceship)
Area/box for farming animals (for food in spawn)
A place for Top-list with 5 Citizens
Big open place for Tutorial Islands
A place for 1 special Citizens (Very decorated)

Also, I need a big Aircraft-Hangar for at shop place with a lot of signs/shops etc. This is supposed to be a place where the player can warp over to.

Theme for everything is Space Theme. That means Rockets, Aircrafts and Futuristic/Hightech Building.

And of course I'm looking for someone who are willing to do the job really fast and for an affordable price.
