I think you need to make it the build "less square", possibly add some more detail. It all seems to be on 1 level. Try seperating that, maybe some hills or higher places on the spawn. I think currently this isn't worth what you are asking for but it may do if you spend a little more time on it and follow some of the advice I have given, or the advice other people have given.
