hello im looking for some kinda of plugin that well allow player to do /upgrade and it pull up a gui like this but I also want the same thing /upgrade for the ore gen I want the player to start off as all stone then buy there ore upgrade

It takes a decent amount of config for deluxemenu, and it is worth it. You can easily find someone to do it for you, or just read the wiki for deluxemenu and learn to do it yourself. I don't have time rn to help you do the config
