Welcome to our post!
A little introduction to our project, Originally started in 2012 as a private server, it went through multiple iterations and names before ultimately closing down in 2015. For 2023 we are rebooting the project under the name SleafordSMP.
As the title suggests, we are looking for hard working, dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team and help SleafordSMP grow and flourish.
Community Manager
Requirements:
-Must be 18 or over.
-Fluent in English
-Experience in community management, ideally with a portfolio.
Remuneration:
This shall be discussed on a case by case basis, a revenue share is being offered for this role, with the amount reflecting the experience and attitude shown by the chosen candidate.
Marketing Manager:
Requirements:
-Must be 18 or over.
-Fluent in English
-Experience in social media management
-Contact with TikTok, Twitch and YouTube creators.
Remuneration:
Similarly to the Community Manager role, This shall be discussed on a case by case basis, a revenue share is being offered for this role, with the amount reflecting the experience and attitude shown by the chosen candidate.
Development Manager:
Requirements:
-Must be 18 or over.
-Fluent in English
-Experience in custom development of plugins
-Vast experience in managing the configuration and upkeep of of the shelf plugins
Remuneration:
Again, this shall be discussed on a case by case basis, a revenue share is being offered for this role, with the amount reflecting the experience and attitude shown by the chosen candidate.
Ownership Partners:
We are open to, but not actively seeking ownership partners, that being said if you have experience with marketing, server ownership or community management and would like to make an investment into the project, we would love to meet you.
