So, I want your opinion, do you think auto-clicking is hacking if used on a legit CPS range. Most of peoples opinions are that it is cheating. My friend has carpel tunnel and cannot click so he uses a auto-clicker on 7CPS, do you think that is justified or still cheating?

If you are playing Minecraft and not clicking with your fingers, that's cheating.
No matter what reason you have, no matter what you do to bypass it.

Buy a mouse if you can't click, simple.

if you have to use an autoclicker to surpass 5 cps than dont bother playing minecraft
