SMP Server - Exciting oppurtunity for people wanting to build something great

I'm not going to bother with flashy posting, hopefully this will find the right people.

Server Concept: Drug-SMP
Server Version: 1.18.2

This server is akin to the normal 1.18.2 SMP server however players will be able to cultivate/trade and fight for drugs and control of the server.

I will be using a custom plugin for the drugs (almost finished)

I wont be giving away too much more but you can find out more if we end up talking.

My main focus here is to have a friendly and warm community of dedicated players that can look forward to exciting monthly updates and a fully engaging server. I'm not looking to be the biggest and best network, I would be happy if I broke even. The main takeaway is that I am NOT doing this for profit.

I'm really looking for someone to help me build a network of people that are able to make this happen. Someone that can focus in on what makes this concept unique and engaging to players and to keep the players happy.

I'm ideally looking for someone with:

• A drive to build something unique and something they can be proud of.
• Knowledge of monetization strategies
• A person with connections/A natural networker
• Previous experience running/managing large servers
• Effectively optimize the usage of the budget they've been given.
• Able to work around me being GMT+8 timezone.
• Ideally OCE based but can work with US/Asia.
• Knowledge of how to effectively market a product.

If you think you have something to offer me that I haven't listed on here please do reach out as I'm open to take anyone onboard that is in line with my thinking.

I'm willing to offer people whatever they're after - ideally pro-bono until we start generating revenue then you can get a slice of a pie but up-front payment will work for the right person.
