If you're on iPhone you need to jailbreak and use something like LocationHandle from Cydia.

If you're on Android, just search the Google Play Store. Maybe try the app "Fake GPS Location Spoofer Free".

You don't even need a jailbroken device to install phantom anymore. https://ipasigner.io/ , install Phantom, trust the dev and you're set. Pretty sure you have to re-sign it every week though.

You don't even need a jailbroken device to install phantom anymore. https://ipasigner.io/ , install Phantom, trust the dev and you're set. Pretty sure you have to re-sign it every week though.

Go to the ipasigner website on your phone. Click on the "Install Phantom", let it install. Try opening it once, it will tell you that it's an untrusted developer. Go to settings > general > device management, and accept whatever developers are inside of there. Then you're good to go.

Have you guys tested this?
1) As far as I can tell, IPASigner has been shutdown for the past 2 days or so and no sign of it coming back up.
2) Don't believe Phantom is updated to the latest version of Snapchat with the maps and all.
