What's the best way in order to get experience with social media marketing for companies and restaurants? (Like the Wendy's guy or Denny's guy that posts updates and graphics for the company to interact with the community).

Well I have no idea nor any experience but my guess would be to try to make social media accounts and do your best to gain interactive followers. This could include being super active and responding to questions, taking to Twitter and answering questions people have (search for Wendys, Apple, Denny's, Google or other companies that people tweet at), etc.
